Internal Laboratory Tests Conducted Regularly


  1. Surface condition (visual inspection)
  2. Dimensions and Tolerances (Using Vernier caliper)
    1. Outside diameter
    2. Wall thickness
    3. Out of Roundness
  3. Impact Strength Test (With 15J Pendulum Impact Testing machine)
  4. Heat Reversion Test at 135°C/120 minutes. (Using Hot air oven)
  5. Density (Using high precision weighing machine and density kit)
  6. Melt Flow Rate at 230°C/2.16 kg load. (Using Melt flow rate Testing machine)
  7. Homogeneity test (Using Microtome & Microscope)
  8. Hydrostatic Strength(Using Hydro testing machine and hot electric water bath)
    1. Test at 20°C/1hr at hoop stress of 16MPa
    2. Test at 95°C/165 hrs at hoop stress of 3.8 Mpa
